It was a very good overall experience. I'd give it 4.5 stars (but you can only pick 4 or 5 so...). The local delivery company had it on one pallet and the driver wasn't able to move it with his jack which resulted in carrying one box at a time into our garage. There was no damage but one box of the steel posts didn't have the self tapping screws in it. I was able to buy them locally. The quality, design and ease of assembly made it almost fun to build.

PRODUCT: Very well made. INSTALLATION : Very easy. Rent the post pounder, well worth it. SERVICE: Fantastic. Would highly recommend.

As for an honest review, I would rate WamBam 5 of 5 stars. Very easy install, nice appearance, good quality. The delivery was also smooth. I would rate Christie personally 5 of 5 stars for helping me with the different design changes and quote requests. You had everything handled very well, including suggesting I get the sample kit. It took my son and I about 3 hours to drive all the posts and install the gate jigs, about 6 hours for the 6 foot high fence runs, and another 6 hours for the 4 foot high run and gate installs. It really did beat the old post hole digging method!
